GAAAP Family Connections is committed to standing in the gap for at risk youth as they transition to adulthood. We strive to break adverse generational cycles by advocating for youth and families to overcome system and societal barriers. GAAP will provide guidance and resources to empower and equip youth to make healthy life choices cultivating happy, healthy, successful adults.

As a pediatric nurse practitioner caring for youth in the urban core for over 20 years I have recognized a immense void youth face during the critical adolescent period. This vulnerable population is at an increased risk for adverse health outcomes, poverty, unintended pregnancy, incarceration, and early death. I am committed to making a difference.
Youth impacted by GAAP will receive guidance, advocacy, mentorship, and resources to empower and equip them to overcome system and societal barriers.
GAAP Family Connections strive to break adverse generational cycles to cultivate mentally and physically well-rounded youth who make healthy life choices and become happy, healthy, successful adults.
